Vitneurin injection

Vitneurin injection is a Fixed-Dose Combination (FDC) Drug Brand being manufactured and marketed by Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceuticals Ltd. This medicine is a combination of more than one active ingredient or substance within a single pharmaceutical form type.

The main active ingredients or salts in this drug are Vit B12, D-Panthenol, Vit B1, Vit B6. This drug comes in the form of Injection.

Usage:

The main active ingredients or salts in Vitneurin injection are :

• Vit B1-100 mg
• D-Panthenol-50 mg
• Vit B6-50 mg
• Vit B12-1000 mcg

Vit B12

Indication (Prescribed for or used as):

• Vitamin B12 deficiency.
• Neuropathies, psychiatric disorders, cutaneous sarcoid.
• Tobacco amblyopia - hydroxocobalamin is of some benefit.

 

Vit B1

Indication (Prescribed for or used as):

• Thiamine deficiency.
• Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome.

 

Vit B6

Indication (Prescribed for or used as):

• To prevent and treat isoniazid, hydralazine, and cycloserine induced neurological disturbances.
• Mental symptoms in women on oral contraceptives.
• Pyridoxine responsive anemia.
• Morning sickness and hyperemesis gravidarum.
• Convulsions in infants and children.

Azopt Eye Drop 

Uses:

Azopt Eye Drop (Brinzolamide ophthalmic for the eyes) is used to treat certain types of glaucoma and other causes of high pressure inside the eye.

To apply the eye drops: Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket. Hold the dropper above the eye and squeeze a drop into this pocket. Close your eyes for 1 or 2 minutes.

Use only the number of drops your doctor has prescribed. Wait at least 10 minutes before using any other eye drops your doctor has prescribed.

Possible side effects of Azopt Eye Drop

Stop using this medicine and call your doctor at once if you have:

• eye pain, redness, or swelling;
• sensitivity to light;
• the feeling of something is in your eye;
• stomach pain (upper right side);
• jaundice (yellowing of your skin or eyes); or
• signs of eye infection--swelling, redness, severe discomfort, crusting or drainage.

Common side effects may include:

• blurred vision; or
• a bitter or unusual taste in your mouth.
