Oflox Eye/Ear Drops is an antibiotic that is used in the treatment of various eye and ear infections. Corneal ulcers, middle ear infection, swimmer's ears, conjunctivitis, etc are the infections caused by certain types of bacteria.

Ofloxacin is used to treat eye infections. This drug belongs to a class of drugs known as quinolone antibiotics that work by reducing as well as stopping the growth of bacteria.

Dosage and direction
·      Missed Dose
Take the missed dose as soon as possible. It is advisable that do not take the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose as scheduled.
·      Overdose
In case of an overdose, immediately call your health care specialist to overcome the adverse effect of Oflox eye/ear drops or seek for a medical emergency.
Precautions

·      For usage in the affected eye, this medicine is not prescribed to those who are less than 1 year of age.
·      Usage of a contact lens is not recommended in patients who are suffering from an eye infection.
